Trinity Holistic Health, LLC constitutes a wellness consulting practice, not a medical clinic. Our providers act solely as Naturopathic Consultants and Health Educators.
Our providers are not Medical Doctors (MD), Doctors of Osteopathy (DO), or licensed physicians in the State of Ohio. The services provided are not licensed by the State of Ohio. Ohio is a "self-regulated" state, meaning that Ohio law does not require or allow licensing of naturopathic providers.
The information and advice provided during consultations, home visits, and digital communications are for educational purposes only. Our providers do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They do not prescribe medication or perform medical procedures.
Our services are designed to support your overall wellness and are intended to be used in conjunction with your primary care physician. Clients should always maintain a consistent relationship with a licensed primary care provider for all medical diagnoses and emergency care.
At Trinity Holistic Health, we pride ourselves on providing in-depth, extended consultations and personalized home visits. Unlike high-volume medical practices, we reserve significant blocks of time—often 60 to 90 minutes—dedicated exclusively to your care.
Because our schedule is limited and involves travel logistics, "No-Shows" and late cancellations significantly impact our ability to serve other families. Please review our policies below before booking.
1. Payment Policy
To secure an appointment, full payment must be made at the time of booking. This payment serves as a guarantee for your reservation.
2. Cancellation Window (24 Hours)
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
• You may cancel via our online booking portal, by email, or by phone at (937)-368-7478.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will be issued a full refund.
3. Late Cancellation Fee
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the service price. This fee helps cover the time that was reserved for you and cannot be filled on short notice.
4. No-Show Policy
A "No-Show" creates a significant gap in our provider's day. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, or if you are not present for a scheduled home visit, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
• Virtual Visits: Considered a No-Show if you have not joined the video call within 15 minutes.
• Home Visits: Considered a No-Show if our provider arrives and you are not home or do not answer.
5. Late Arrival Policy
We respect the time of the clients scheduled after you. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time to prevent delays for others.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to a virtual or home visit without notice, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a No-Show (100% fee).
6. Refund Policy
• Services Rendered: Payment for our services covers the provider’s time, expertise, analysis, and travel. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered, regardless of the outcome.
• Pre-Payments: If you have pre-paid for an appointment and cancel within the allowed 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fees) or a credit toward a future visit.
7. Home Visit Safety & Access
For home visits, please ensure our provider has safe and clear access to your residence (e.g., clear of snow/ice, aggressive pets secured). If the provider determines the environment is unsafe or inaccessible upon arrival, the visit will be cancelled and charged as a No-Show.
Exceptions
We understand that true emergencies happen (sudden illness, labor, accidents). We handle these exceptions with grace on a case-by-case basis. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us immediately at (937)-368-7478.
