Follow-up appointment for detailed functional marker analysis, protocol adjustments, or complex discussions regarding burnout, trauma, or chronic symptom management. We will take time to ensure you understand why we are making changes and how to implement them. This option is virtual and will be conducted through a secure telehealth platform.
For women planning to conceive in the next 3-6 months. We will focus on egg quality, cleaning up environmental toxins in your home, and optimizing nutrient levels to build the healthiest possible foundation for pregnancy.
During this session, we will prepare you to lead the room throughout the birthing process. We will review your pregnancy health and assist you in drafting a comprehensive Birth Preference Plan. We will also review common medical terminology that you may hear and discuss what to expect during labor, allowing you to be the best advocate for yourself that you possibly can be. We want to ensure that your voice is heard and that your safety is prioritized throughout the entire process! (This service is available either virtually through a secure telehealth platform or as a in-home meeting. Partners are welcome to participate in this visit as well!) We recommend that you book this session at about 34-36 weeks.
Once the baby arrives, the system often forgets about the mother and her recovery. Here at Trinity Holistic Health, we want to prioritize your healing during this time. This service allows us to assess your recovery - discussing nutrient depletion, breastfeeding ergonomics, and screening for postpartum mood support to ensure that the healing process goes as smoothly as possible. This session is recommend at 1-3 weeks postpartum.
This package includes both the Birth Strategy Session and Postpartum Visit. Please see above for more information on these services.
Need an answer now? If you have an urgent question late at night or on weekends, we are available to offer you holistic support and guidance. (Note: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or seek medical attention immediately. If it is determined that you are experiencing a medical emergency that requires the ER, this fee will be waived.)
If you are unable to schedule a visit during our normal business hours, or if you have urgent questions and would prefer an in-person visit, we are always ready to respond to your needs. We believe that access to quality naturopathic care should be available to as many people as possible. Due to this, we reserve a limited number of appointments each week for underserved clients that may otherwise not be able to afford our standard consultation rates.
*Although Dr. Logan Elam-Crosley, N.D., is trained as a Birth Doula, he does not currently attend births in-person. These specialized services are provided to prepare you for birth and recovery and to offer support during the post-partum period. These services do not replace the medical care of a licensed OB/GYN or Midwife and are offered only to act as a companion to the care that they provide. Our mission is to optimize your physiology, train you for advocacy, and to ensure that you recover fully.
